Payment Methods

Orders from eurozone countries are paid in euros. Orders from not-eurozone countries are paid in US dollars.

WYCON cosmetics offers different payment options to meet every need of its Customers:

- Payment with PayPal

- Payment by bank transfer

- Payment with iDEAL

- Payment by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS,APPLE PAY,GOOGLE PAY,JCB).

- Payment with Scalapay

 The transaction fees vary depending on the chosen payment method:

- PayPal: FREE

- Bank transfer: BASED ON FEES DETERMINED BY YOUR BANK

PAYMENT USING PAYPAL

PayPal is a fast and secure payment system.

Once the payment with PayPal is completed, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal website to access their account by entering the email address and password.

After registration, it is possible to make payments via PayPal without having to re-enter data, also for subsequent purchases.

By choosing to pay with PayPal the amount is charged directly to your credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or debit card (PostePay) linked to the account. PayPal protects the buyer's information as it does not transfer financial information.

For every transaction made with this method you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal.

The order amount will be debited from your PayPal account at the time of ordering.

In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the Customer's PayPal account.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

Payment by bank transfer must be carried out by following these steps:

1. Section - Payment Information - Checkout: select Bank Transfer and click Continue

2. Make a bank transfer to WYCON S.p.A, IBAN IT54I0623039900000056983202 - SWIFT/BIC: CRPPIT2P519 and enter the order number as the REASON FOR PAYMENT

3. It is important that the bank transfer is carried out as soon as possible, since the confirmation of the order at warehouses takes place only after this step.

4. After making the necessary checks, we will ship the products you ordered.

NOTE: Ordered items will be unlocked at the warehouse until payment has been received

PAYMENT WITH SCALAPAY

If you buy with Scalapay, you'll receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. Please acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.
