Access the site wyconcosmetics.com. On the website Home Page you have two options: 1. Go to the desired section: MAKE UP - SKIN CARE - HAIR - PERFUME - SUN - ACCESSORIES - PROMOTIONS - WHAT'S NEW - LIMITED EDITION; and their subcategories, clicking on the desired subcategory (e.g. face primers...) 2. Use the "Search" BOX and enter one or more search terms. A list of products related to the search words will be shown. Alternatively you can directly enter the name of the product you want to buy.
To purchase the product, you must follow these steps:
1. Click on the product you are interested in, you will be then redirected to the product page containing detailed information about the article.
2. Add the product to the "Shopping Cart"
3. Click on the product or colour option that you want to buy
4. Click on "Add to Cart".
If you have lost your password and you cannot carry out the password reset, write to [email protected] indicating the email address used during registration. Alternatively you can make your purchases by logging in as "GUEST".
HOW DOES THE ONLINE PURCHASE PROCESS WORK?
To purchase online you have to follow the process below:
1. Add to the "Shopping Cart" the products you want to buy
2. Click on the "Shopping Cart" button in the top-right corner
3. Click on "Check Out".
4. You can decide to make the purchase as a "Registered Customer" or as "Guest Customer".
5. Enter your billing information and information relating to shipment.
6. Click "Continue" to view a recap of the shipping.
7. Choose which payment option to complete the purchase.
8. Click "Continue", you will see the order summary.
9. Click "Continue" again, you will be redirected to the payment page.
We point out that all the information relating to your order will be sent via email, informing you that the whole purchase process has been successfully completed.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS I CAN BUY?
In general there are no purchase limits: neither in terms of quantity, nor of value. However, we point out that WYCON cosmetics may reserve the right to limit the purchase of specific Limited Edition products.
DOES PUTTING ITEMS IN THE CART OBLIGE ME TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
No, you can add items to your shopping cart without concluding the entire purchase process.
WHAT'S A PROMOTIONAL CODE AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
A "promotional code" is a discount voucher that allows you to take advantage of special promotions especially thought of for you by WYCON. The conditions in order to get this code will be communicated through a special newsletter related to special events.
If you are in possession of a WYCON promotional code all you need to do is enter it in the appropriate field located on the final order screen. The discount related to the promotion will be deducted from the total amount and displayed automatically.
WHEN IS THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE CONCLUDED?
After entering the data required for payment, you will be taken to the purchase confirmation page containing the order number and date.
A thank you message will inform you that the purchasing process has been successfully completed. Finally, you will receive an email with the details of the order you have placed and confirmation that it has been received correctly.

THE PRODUCT IS NOT AS EXPECTED, HOW CAN I RETURN IT?
If the product ordered and received is not as expected, you can request a replacement within 30 days from receipt thereof, provided that notice is received no later than 7 days after the delivery date; or by email to [email protected]; or by registered mail with return receipt to the following address: Piazza IV Novembre, 4-20124 Milan.

ARE WYCON PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No, WYCON cosmetics respects European legislation which, since 2004, has banned testing of finished products on animals and that, in March 2009, also imposed the ban on the sale within the EU of products containing ingredients tested on animals outside Europe.
In addition, we point out that WYCON cosmetics products do not have the symbol "Cruelty Free" on the pack as it is not required to ensure compliance with local regulations. In fact, the guidelines relating to no animal testing contained in the Directive 2006/406/EC, read as follows: "In accordance with the European legislation the company responsible for placing the product on the market is not bound to use a statement to indicate that it did not use animal testing".
DO WYCON PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANIMAL-DERIVED INGREDIENTS?
Yes, WYCON cosmetics products contain animal-derived ingredients such as beeswax, present in some lip products. WYCON informs its customers that some animal-derived components are essential to obtain certain colours, as within the cosmetics market there is no alternative. Among the animal-derived ingredients are also raw materials that come from external processes, which do not invalidate the safety, such as the shaving of hair, as is done with the shearing of wool, to produce for example brushes with natural bristles.
