Condition of sale

This agreement ("Agreement") is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 and subsequent amendments of Legislative Decree 6th September 2005, no. 206 ("Consumer Code"). The Agreement for the sale of goods is between WJCON SRL, with registered office in Piazza IV Novembre, 4-20124 Milan, VAT no. 02317910186 ("WYCON cosmetics") and the consumer ("Customer"). The Agreement is entered directly through the acceptance by WYCON cosmetics of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer through the Internet Website www.wyconcosmetics.com (the "Website") based on the procedures described in article 3 below.

PRICES

In UE zone the selling prices of the products shown on the WYCON cosmetics Website are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes. The delivery costs are included in the price shown on the website.

For shipments extra UE, VAT amount is excluded. Duties or tax on your shipment will be determined according to the shipment country selected and will be paid on delivery by the customer.

The price can be viewed in different currencies. Orders to eurozone countries are paid in euro, orders to not-eurozone countries are paid in us dollars.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS - COMPLAINTS

WYCON cosmetics delivers the products to the address specified by the customer usually within 2 working days after confirmation of the order in Italy. Delivery times could be delayed in case of holidays, the couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

WYCON cosmetics accepts customer orders within the limits of the quantity of existing products in stock. Therefore, the acceptance by WYCON cosmetics of the purchase made by the Customer is subject to stock availability of those products. WYCON cosmetics undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen sale of all stock due to excess demand or other causes.

WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCE

Rules and regulations on warranties and assistance regarding the sale of consumer goods apply to WYCON cosmetics products purchased by the Customer.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer declares and guarantees: to be a consumer in accordance with art. 3 of the Consumer Code; to be of legal age; that the data supplied by the same for implementation of the Agreement are true and correct.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the agreement without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 days of receipt of goods. The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, within that period, The Customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice, following the instructions therein contained, within 30 days of receipt of goods. The costs to return the product are borne by the customer. Once the return has been approved, WYCON will then reimburse the amount paid by the Customer, net of the costs incurred for returning the Products and the costs for storing them at the courier's facilities in charge of their delivery. WYCON cosmetics will refund within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer: (I) the full price paid by the Customer in case of returning the complete product with all its parts and functions; or (II) the portion of the price equivalent to the product returned by the Customer who has consumed the product in an appreciable manner and/or such to significantly diminish the value.

COMPETENT JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by Italian Laws. The Court of Milan will be competent for any dispute regarding the application, execution, interpretation and breach of the Agreement.

FORCE MAJEURE

In any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, WYCON cosmetics is not responsible for the delay or non-delivery and reserves the right to terminate all or part of the agreement, suspend or postpone its execution.
